Sansa

Since the age of 16, Salar Ansari (aka Sansa) has been creating and writing music, on Reason, and re-mixing tracks Live from his bedroom in Tehran. In 2009 he decided to rip open the bubble that was inhibiting his growth and moved to Dubai to study Audio Eng. at SAE. Meanwhile he was getting his bachelor he started a project with his friend Siamak Amidi called “Fake Chicken & Cheap Soap”. It didn’t take long for them to sign their music with labels in Berlin such as “Greenhorn” and “Bondage-Music”. Soon they started flying over to the world and playing in parties from Malaysia to Berlin and playing alongside tyrants of the music industry such as Namito, Alexkid, Stephan Bodzin, Superflu and others. In 2011 Salar went through a massive change of inspiration and style that could not enhance in his current project so he went back to “Sansa” and started a duo with his brother called “Machine Machine”. After experimenting different genres and collaborating in labs with different artists, his style has slowly evolved and enhanced into a unique personality that lives deep in the underground. Sansa does not believe in boundaries, bubbles or boxes. He is the explorer of the world of music, producing beats across the musical spectrum, from hip-hop and house, to techno and chill-out, and with diverse musical background he has added true depth to his productions. Probably all people that know Salar personally, would describe him as "teddy bear", but there's nothing sweet about his dirty bass-lines that let you not only hear his tracks, but also feel them deep under your skin
